Kristina is a Pharmacologist with a Doctoral Degree in Medical Sciences and with an extensive expertise in Global Medical Affairs.
She has a strong command of pharmaceutical compliance, codes of practice, scientific innovation management, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, medical communications and medical marketing.
She previously served as Head of Medical Affairs at Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in Geneva, where she contributed to the management of an international VIP patient base and coordinated requests from accredited physicians and surgeons.
Kristina brings a wealth of experience in relationship management, with a proven track record in the healthcare, cosmetics, and aesthetic medicine industries.
She joined Bayard in May 2025 as an Executive Assistant.
