Raised in Geneva, Elza has always been exposed to an international environment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Luxury Management and began her career in the high-end cigar, wine and spirits sectors, where she developed a strong understanding of discerning client expectations, together with a keen attention to detail and service.
Drawn to real estate and bespoke lifestyle management, she joined Bayard in June 2025 as a Lifestyle & Property Manager.
In her role, Elza supports our clients with the management of their properties and lifestyle requirements, coordinating with a wide range of service providers and overseeing day-to-day requests
