Holder of a vocational diploma in real estate, Kilian has accumulated over 10 years of experience in real estate and technical management. He began his career as a technical assistant before managing various construction and renovation projects in Geneva, notably coordinating maintenance interventions and overseeing work in residential and commercial buildings.
Kilian joined Bayard in October 2024 in the Lifestyle & Property Management department, where he oversees real estate projects and manages day-to-day operations as well as concierge services.
