Kristina is a pharmacologist and holds a Doctoral Degree in Medical Sciences. She brings extensive international experience across the healthcare, cosmetics and aesthetic medicine sectors, with particular expertise in coordination, compliance, communication and high-level relationship management.
Prior to joining Bayard, she notably served as Head of Medical Affairs at Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in Geneva, where she worked with an international VIP patient base and coordinated with accredited physicians and surgeons.
Kristina joined Bayard in May 2025 as an Executive Assistant, bringing her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience in demanding professional environments to support our clients.
