Scarlett obtained a Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency with a commercial diploma and worked over 10 years in the business travel industry, where she acquired solid skills in terms of organisation and client relationship. In 2016, she decided to take part in a training course to become an interior designer and graduated in 2019. She then went on to work on a range of projects, from private to commercial, on a freelance basis before joining an architectural practice.
Scarlett joined Bayard in June 2023 in the Lifestyle & Property Management department. She oversees the real estate projects (construction, renovation, maintenance works) of the clients she is in charge of, as well as the day-to-day management of their needs and requirements, including travel organisation.
