<p class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer" data-start="175" data-end="476">Kristina is a pharmacologist and holds a Doctoral Degree in Medical Sciences. She brings extensive international experience across the healthcare, cosmetics and aesthetic medicine sectors, with particular expertise in coordination, compliance, communication and high-level relationship management.</p> <p data-start="478" data-end="706">Prior to joining Bayard, she notably served as Head of Medical Affairs at Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in Geneva, where she worked with an international VIP patient base and coordinated with accredited physicians and surgeons.</p> <p data-start="708" data-end="914">Kristina joined Bayard in May 2025 as an Executive Assistant, bringing her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience in demanding professional environments to support our clients.</p>

<p>A graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Nour brings experience across luxury hospitality, events and project management. Her background has enabled her to develop a strong sense of service, solid organisational skills and an ability to anticipate the needs of discerning international clients.</p> <p>Nour joined Bayard in December 2025 as a Family Officer. She manages the day-to-day requirements of several families and coordinates the various stakeholders involved in their projects. Her responsibilities include real estate and property-related projects, as well as a broad range of personal, administrative and lifestyle matters.</p>

<p>Tina brings an international background in client services, marketing and project management, with experience across the tourism, events and business representation sectors in Europe and the Middle East. Her previous roles combined client-facing responsibilities with hands-on administrative and operational experience, including company set-up and the coordination of local partners and international stakeholders.</p> <p>She joined Bayard in 2026 as a Junior Lifestyle & Property Manager. In her role, she supports the day-to-day management of our clients’ properties and lifestyle requirements, while also contributing to a range of administrative and operational projects.</p>

<p>With over ten years of experience in the tourism and hospitality sectors, Marine specialises in project coordination and the creation of bespoke experiences for Swiss and international clients.</p> <p>She holds an interdisciplinary Master’s degree in Tourism Studies and has built her career across luxury tourism, hospitality and events, developing strong expertise in project management, coordination and supporting discerning clients.</p> <p>Marine joined Bayard in May 2026 as a Junior Family Officer within the Lifestyle & Property Management department. In her role, she assists the Senior Family Officer with the oversight of our clients’ properties and related projects, as well as the coordination of their lifestyle requirements.</p>

<p>After completing her commercial training at the Geneva law firm Ducrest Heggli Avocats and obtaining her Swiss commercial diploma (CFC), Stephanie spent nine years at Cité Gestion, where she gained extensive experience in private banking, including legal and compliance support and client relationship management.</p> <p>Stephanie joined Bayard in March 2026 as a Family Officer within the Consolidation & Global Reporting department. She supports the team across a broad range of legal, administrative, banking and accounting matters and contributes to the day-to-day management of our clients’ affairs.</p>

<p>Raised in Geneva, Elza has always been exposed to an international environment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Luxury Management and began her career in the high-end cigar, wine and spirits sectors, where she developed a strong understanding of discerning client expectations, together with a keen attention to detail and service.</p> <p>Drawn to real estate and bespoke lifestyle management, she joined Bayard in June 2025 as a Lifestyle & Property Manager.</p> <p>In her role, Elza supports our clients with the management of their properties and lifestyle requirements, coordinating with a wide range of service providers and overseeing day-to-day requests</p>
